Kitchen facilities are excellent for a remote bush camp and while many organisations rely on their own resources to provide meals and catering other also contract the services of a catering service organisation.

HDYC will be pleased to recommend a caterer to suit the requirements of your organisation.

Outdoor barbecues provide an excellent opportunity for a real bush meal.
